Rupert is the founder of “Global CE5,” a global network of CE5 (human-initiated alien contact) groups, including “Missouri CE5” and “Kansas CE5.” He’s the author of “Aliens, Avatars, Ghosts, & God,” a sci-fi novel about the spirit realm, extra-dimensional space, and extra-dimensional time. Rupert has a first-class honors degree in Physics with Space Science & Technology from the University of Leicester in England and X-Ray Astrophysics research experience working with space-based X-ray telescopes. Rupert has spent his whole life applying a logical, evidence-based approach to paranormal research. He currently gives international seminars on everything from alien species to life after death.
Aliens and the Paranormal: This presentation will explain how to make contact with aliens via astral projection, and it will explain what phenomena you’re likely to experience when you do! In order to fully understand the physical, metaphysical, and paranormal mechanisms involved in alien contact, an extensive overview of spirits, consciousness, extra dimensions of space, life after death, astral projection, remote viewing, healing, UFOs, aliens, and trans-dimensional beings will be given. A selection of photos, videos, and artwork from Rupert’s CE5 events will be shown.

Carter Buschardt with BFRO, Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, will discuss his research and encounters with Bigfoot. Carter has been an investigator with BFRO for the last 12 years and he is an experienced outdoorsman. He is originally from Texas, and currently lives in Missouri. He has had nearly 100 reports published to the BFRO web site and has interviewed over 350 witnesses and counting. Most of his reports are right here in Missouri. He has had a special interest in Sasquatch long term habituation sites, burial research, infrasound, language and stick structures as far back as he can remember. He has also led 4 public expeditions for BFRO in Missouri & Illinois, and he has been interviewed on dozens of podcasts around the world.
Carter is the author of two books “Sasquatch: Evidence of an Enigma, books I & II, and autographed copies will be for sale at his booth .
The Alien Colonization of Earth's Waterways

Debbie Zeigelmeyer is the owner of two businesses in Imperial, Missouri. She is the State Director of Missouri MUFON, a member of the MUFON Business Board of Directors, and the Director of the MUFON Underwater Research and Recovery Team.
She is also a member of Ted Phillip’s S.I.U./T.P.R.C. Team, and in 2004, organized the MUFON Dive Team along with Tom Ferrario current T.P.R.C. Team leader.
Debbie has over 1200 completed UFO investigations, with over 860 of them being MUFON sighting reports.
Debbie has been a Roswell 1947 crash investigator for over 25 years, and is a conference and festival speaker nationwide.
She has appeared on several TV shows with more to come. Debbie is the author of “The Alien Colonization of Earth’s Waterways: A Reference Guide to Water-Related UFOs.
