Travel Channel's "Ghost of Morgan City"
Saturday, March 19th at 2 pm.
KD Stafford, the Paranormal Mad Scientist of Travel Channel's "Ghost of Morgan City" will talk about his time on the show, as well as his time working with Jack Osborne and the Ghost Brothers. Stafford uses advances in technology to build better paranormal research equipment that pushes the envelope. He has built ghost helmets that allow everyday people to heighten their sixth sense and also built advanced sky rim mirrors that use LED lights to see spirits and the most advanced ghost boxes on the market.
Stafford is a U.S. Army veteran with nearly eight years in service as a combat equipment technician and noncommissioned officer. In the army, he was exposed to maintaining mechanical and electronic systems in high-tech combat vehicles, and he found an interest in electronics and microcomputers.
Stafford’s passion for the paranormal began in his early childhood. He has always loved investigating and studying unusual occurrences. Stafford is now on a mission to use technology to find answers to the spooky and unexplained.

Rupert is the founder of “Global CE5,” a global network of CE5 (human-initiated alien contact) groups, including “Missouri CE5” and “Kansas CE5.” He’s the author of “Aliens, Avatars, Ghosts, & God,” a sci-fi novel about the spirit realm, extra-dimensional space, and extra-dimensional time. Rupert has a first-class honors degree in Physics with Space Science & Technology from the University of Leicester in England and X-Ray Astrophysics research experience working with space-based X-ray telescopes. Rupert has spent his whole life applying a logical, evidence-based approach to paranormal research. He currently gives international seminars on everything from alien species to life after death.
Aliens and the Paranormal: This presentation will explain how to make contact with aliens via astral projection, and it will explain what phenomena you’re likely to experience when you do! In order to fully understand the physical, metaphysical, and paranormal mechanisms involved in alien contact, an extensive overview of spirits, consciousness, extra dimensions of space, life after death, astral projection, remote viewing, healing, UFOs, aliens, and trans-dimensional beings will be given. Toby Evans moved to the Kansas City area in 1987 and established SageBrush Exchange as an Art studio. Workshops were offered on her land incorporating art with Shamanic practices while exploring Native American and Incan Medicine Wheel teachings. With the installation of "The Prairie Labyrinth in 1995", her art expanded to the energetic field, focusing on the land in sacred reciprocity with balancing mind, body, and spirit.
Her involvement with "soul retrievals"; (A Shamanic practice of reclaiming pieces of self from past traumatic events) prompted her to begin hypnotherapy training in 2000. She is certified with Dr. Brian Weiss as a Past Life hypnotherapist, Dolores Canon as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, and with The Newton Institute as a Life Between Lives (LBL) Spiritual Regressionist. Carter has been an investigator with BFRO for the last 12 years and he is an experienced outdoorsman. He is originally from Texas, and currently lives in Missouri. He has had nearly 100 reports published to the BFRO web site and has interviewed over 350 witnesses and counting. Most of his reports are right here in Missouri. He has had a special interest in Sasquatch long term habituation sites, burial research, infrasound, language and stick structures as far back as he can remember. He has also led 4 public expeditions for BFRO in Missouri & Illinois, and he has been interviewed on dozens of podcasts around the world.

Jean Marie (Myers) Walker was born in Kansas City Missouri where she still resides. Jean is a MUFON Star Team Field Investigator, speaker, author, and educator. She is also Section Director and Secretary for the MUFON Kansas City Chapter and has investigated many cases in Missouri.
Jean is an educator who taught middle school Science for the Kansas City Missouri School District. She has a BA from Missouri State University in Elementary Education, Middle School Certification, Science, and Language Arts. She has a Master’s in Education and Computers from Webster University in Kansas City Missouri.
In retirement, she finally has the time to follow up on a lifetime of strange experiences. In her book “Family Secrets” she has been able to put into writing many of her lifetime experiences with UFOs and alien abductions since childhood along with her brother’s experiences. Jean also talks about the many psychic and paranormal events taking place in her family.
Jean has been doing speaking engagements concerning her UFO investigations. Jean feels the need now to help to educate the public concerning what is really happening with the UFO phenomena. She is hoping to educate and counsel other about the phenomena and the fact we are not alone!

Built as the home of Eliza and Armstrong Beattie both passed away here.
In 1880 sold to the Ladies Union Benevolent Society to become
"The Home for the Friendless". helping indigent, ladies of ill-repute,
unwed mothers and orphaned children.
With so much need, a new wing was added , now 33 rooms.
Later became "The Memorial Home", for the aged,~many people lived, and died within these walls.. Later it was a halfway house, and a treatment facility. A volatile mix of substance abusers, mentally ill, and "lost souls" of society. Closed in the 1970s for code, understaffing, and rumors of abuse. The subject of books, and television; The Beattie Mansion,1120 Main; St. Joseph, Mo. is one of the most haunted places in Missouri.

The buildings were built in the year 1900 and are a part of Saint Joseph's historic history. They have hosted many small business over the years. They were once a cobbler shop, coca cola distributer, Priscillas adult store and a chiropractor office for Dr. Gipe.
Lafayette Row Paranormal Escape was formed because over the last few years paranormal activity has spiked in the buildings. Neighbors have noticed the lights turning off and on by themselves in the middle of the night. Several EMF spikes along with unexplained noises and footsteps can be heard upstairs when there is nobody around. Also objects have been known to move by themselves.
